Statistical Process Control – Custom App
One of our clients in Kansas City needed an application that would track the weights for products as they were manufactured. The application graphs the points for statistical process control analysis, utilizing the X bar chart. If the product is out of specifications the application notifies the user on the floor to make an adjustment to the manufacturing line. The application we created connects directly to scales on the factory floor fully automating the process of weighing each product.
Event Collection System – Custom App
One of our clients in St Louis needed an application that would track machine downtime and operator / maintenance logs for each manufacturing line. This application runs on over 30 workstations simultaneously with a very extensive dashboard for management. From any workstation or blackberry in the world the management team can login and see if a line is down and why. They can also view the performance of a line, shift, operator or piece of equipment by minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, or years. The dashboard also allows the user to drill down into the data and manipulate it with a spreadsheet if necessary. Check out the demo!
Learning Management System (LMS)
The learning management system lets you teach your employees, administer your tests, and record your results from one website. When creating a course you canupload your own Powerpoints, DVDs or Youtube videos. The courses can be available 24/7 from any workstation with an internet browser. You don’t need to coordinate a mass training session, print & grade the tests, or even track down the employees who missed the training. You create the test, assign the employees, and they get an email notification that tests are available. If they have access to the internet, they can watch or read the material and take the tests. Your only responsibility is to assign the tests and review the results.
Epiphany Project Manager
The project manager we developed in house runs our entire business. All of InfoStream’s employees log their hours against a task. This does several major things for us. First it 100% automates payroll by importing their hours directly into Quickbooks. Second, we always know how profitable we are down to the minute. We can look at any client, project or task and see exactly how many resources have been used whether it is hours, hardware or commissions. We use this information to dial in our pricing and help our customers get the best pricing. No guess work. Lastly, this makes our team super efficient. Every morning our project managers login to the PM and delegate tasks via priority to our numerous developers. There is never any confusion on priority. All discussions and attachments are contained within the project manager. We operate on a low information diet and reserve email strictly for client correspondence.
Picture Management Interface (PMI)
The PMI was developed for a customer who visits China on a regular basis. It’s ideal for people who are taking pictures as documentation whether it be for safety audits or sampling products at tradeshows. The software is designed to connect to nearly any camera wirelessly (hardware required) and automatically store pictures to a laptop as they are taking instantly. Once the user is completed taking the pictures, they type in the attributes regarding the pictures they have taken. Once the software recognizes a wireless signal, the pictures and their attributes are uploaded to a offsite location and can be reviewed from a web based interface for further review. This software is ideal for someone taking pictures for documentation in a remote area without internet access.
Ecom Excellence
For our ecommerce clients we developed an application that allows them to analyze their sales and online business in great detail. They can review sales trends, compare product performance and even drill down to sales by region among many other options. With these tools in coordination with the website traffic analysis provided by Google Analytics, the combination proves to be an instrumental part in running an online business. Downtime Collection Solutions – Website & Custom App
